‘Chicago PD’ season 2, episode 22 preview: Sophia Bush, cast in ‘Push the Pain Away’

Lindsay -We are starting to near the finale for “Chicago PD,” but we have to tell you that things are probably going to get so much worse for some of these characters well before they get better. Specifically, we are speaking here about Sophia Bush’s character of Erin Linsday.

The title for next week’s episode is “Push the Pain Away,” and given what she is going through at the moment, it is definitely understandable if you are worried about her at the moment. However, there is much more going on in this episode beyond that, as there is a shooting that will push all of the force to their limit. Take a look at the synopsis below:

“When multiple people are shot inside an athletic club intelligence work to find and take down the shooters before there’s any more victims. When they discover that all the targets were from the same law firm it’s apparent that it is a case of corporate revenge. Now they need to find out what the motive for these killings. Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) is dealing with his new assignment, while doing so he plays a key role in locating the shooters. Meanwhile Platt (Amy Morton) and Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) are trying to approach Lindsay (Sophia Bush) to see how she’s coping with a recent death.”

Regret seems to be the prevailing emotion in tonight’s episode. Lindsay has to learn to forgive herself before she can do anything else … and we are not entirely sure that she is doing that just yet, or will be ready to soon.
