‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2, episode 19 preview: Reunited and it feels so … good?

On Tuesday night’s new episode of “Agents of SHIELD,” the entire gang’s going to be getting back together! It’s been a while since we’ve been able to get the likes of Simmons, Skye, Coulson, and May all in one room, but it is going to happen now as we prepare for the ultimate battle against Hydra. They are kidnappers and killers, so of course the team will stop almost at nothing in order to ensure that they get their way.

Will they be successful? We’re about to get a sense of that. There’s nothing of great substance that really comes from the sneak peek below, at least other than seeing the group reunion and seeing Skye come back. As of late, she is being in full-on training mode to try to understand how to properly use her powers.

While Skye may be back for now, the one thing that we can say is that it is not necessarily going to be this way forever. Just remember here that by the end of the season, there are some big decisions for her to make. Are SHIELD her family, or is she really better off going with the Inhumans and finding a new course for her life? Anything is at the moment possible.

The only other thing we truly imagine coming before the end of the season is a chance to ultimately see the likes of Bobbi and Lance step out on their own more, mostly because they have a proposed spin-off show. If that show doesn’t land, we presume we’ll see more of them here. Otherwise, they will probably be gone.
