‘The Good Wife’ season 6, episode 21 preview: ‘Don’t Fail’ brings Alicia back to her past
As we start to near the end of this season of “The Good Wife,” it is starting to become more and more clear that we are going to need to look back into the past of Alicia Florrick before moving forward. Given everything that she has went through over the years, and what she has went through with the State’s Attorney election, this may be a chance for her to actually touch back in to her roots to a certain extent.
During next week’s “Don’t Fail,” the story will make Julianna Margulies’ character look far into the past, and also back to 2009 as she tries to take on an extremely complicated case. Given that showrunners Robert and Michelle King penned this episode, you should probably take heed. It’s going to be an important one.
If you have not seen the synopsis yet, you can do so below:
“When a former client (Dorian Missick) calls Alicia after being charged with murder tied to a case from 2009, Alicia reviews the old case, prompting memories of her early days as a lawyer.”
Now, let’s talk about the shocker from tonight’s episode: The departure of Kalinda. How in the world does the cast move forward without her? Is she really gone? All of these are valuable questions, and it may take a minute or two before we know for sure answers to all of them.
