‘Once Upon a Time’ season 4, episode 20 preview: Will Maleficent destroy Snow White?

Tonight, “Once Upon a Time” delivered a variety of different surprises, with one of the biggest ones being the journey to bring Lily back to Storybrooke in an effort to repair things between Snow White, Prince Charming, and Maleficent. It is a chance for redemption, and for all parties involved to start over.

However, we are starting to think more and more that starting over may be impossible, based on the new preview that we have below for next week’s all-new episode for “Mother.” This one features that big reunion, but it is a far-from-happy one in many ways since both Lily and Maleficent may just decide to team up. One of their first moves? Figuring out how to go after Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas’ characters, presumably to make their lives as miserable as possible. The promo suggests that at one point, we could even see Maleficent breathing fire all over Snow, and Charming screaming “no” in the typical something-terrible-is-happening fashion.

By the end of this episode, maybe we will have more answers not just on this, but also on what will be coming next now that it has been revealed that Zelena is expecting presumably the child of Robin Hood. That is truly right out of a soap opera, isn’t it? The idea of a Wicked Witch spawn is pretty terrifying, and she clearly still has some other plans of her own that have not been entirely exposed just yet.
