2015 ACM Awards: Where to live stream red-carpet pre-show
We understand that for some, awards season can be incredibly exhausting … especially if you are a singer in the country music genre. In between the CMA Awards, the American Country Awards (or whatever they are called now), the CMT Awards, and the other mainstream music awards shows, they are very busy year in and year out. This is without even mentioning the Academy of Country Music Awards, which are airing tonight on CBS.
What makes these awards special? They tend to get a better roster of stars in one room, which we feel is because of two simple things: They take place before summer touring season, and there are not many other awards shows in the month of April. There’s therefore little burnout. This show is also regarding as one of the more prestigious ones to win, so you want to be there to accept that trophy.
So how can you watch the show? On the aforementioned network starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time! There is also a live stream for the red-carpet pre-show you can watch here. Unless you have the CBS All Access app, though, you are not going to find a legitimate stream for the show itself. The network is broadcasting the show for a reason!
If you come back here later, we should have at least some assorted highlights from the night. There are typically a few moments worth laughing about, and then also some memorable performances and eventually the announcement of the winners. As with most other music shows, though, the actual trophies are easily overshadowed by the time spent watching artists rock out.
We’ll have all of our coverage for the ACM Awards at the link here, so be on the lookout for it later! Also, you can sign up today in the event you want some other TV updates on everything we cover via our CarterMatt Newsletter. (Photo: CBS.)
