Is ‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5, episode 22 new tonight? First finale details!

Hawaii -While there have been a variety of different character-specific episodes of “Hawaii Five-0” airing recently on CBS, the bad news that we have for you today is this: You’re not going to be seeing one Friday night. There is no new episode airing until next week, but from there you will have a new installment on April 24, May 1, and then the two-part finale on May 8.

Want to get some further news when it comes to how the story ends today? Well, we are lucky enough at the moment to get some of the first details in regards to these episodes. We’ve got both synopsis for you below, which tease specifically that Kono’s wedding is coming. However, it may not actually happen as it was once planned.

“Luapo’i (Prey)” – While Five-0 investigates the murder of a bounty hunter after he apprehended a fugitive hiding out in Hawaii, Rachel (guest star Claire van der Boom) reveals a long-held secret to Danny (Scott Caan) that has serious ramifications. Also, as Kono’s (Grace Park) wedding nears, Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) voices his concerns to McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) that Adam (guest star Ian Anthony Dale) is still working with the Yakuza.

“A Make Kaua (Until We Die)” – On the eve of Kono’s (Grace Park) wedding to Adam (Ian Anthony Dale), Five-0 must stop a fanatical patriot intent on starting a new war on terror by detonating stolen nuclear warheads and framing a terrorist leader.

Yes, it is extremely fair to say that the second part of this in particular has us nervous. We know already that this is not a show afraid of cast shake-ups, and since we optimistic about a renewal for a season 6, that could mean even more new faces turning up and old ones saying farewell.
