‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 11, ‘Scandal’ season 4 team up for new promo

Are there some crazy times coming up on “Grey’s Anatomy” this season? We’d certainly say so, but it is not the only Shonda Rhimes show hyped up to extreme levels in the latest promo we have for you below! This one is a one-two punch with this show and “Scandal,” and it drifts back into that #TGIT territory that we saw so much in the promotional campaigns at the start of the season. Even though “How to Get Away with Murder” is not a part of the lineup any more, the campaign still exists!

Of course, we understand if some out there are wondering why “American Crime” isn’t thrown in, and the easy answer we can give you is that it doesn’t fit the tone of the campaign. Also, we don’t feel entirely confident in its future given recent ratings.

As for what you can expect in the episodes actually featured in the promo, here are a couple of quick teases.

“Grey’s Anatomy” – A massive search for Derek begins, given that he is not in Washington and not in Seattle. What could’ve happened to him? It is certainly understandable that you would want to assume the worst if you are a part of the show. We just hope that the worst isn’t a reality.

“Scandal” – For this show, the return of Papa Pope is front and center. We all know him to be dangerous, but what is he preparing to unleash on Olivia and everyone now? Let’s just say that they may be getting too close to B613 for his liking.
