Emma Roberts finds a new use for knife in latest ‘Scream Queens’ trailer

“Scream Queens” may or may not be a great show; it’s still far too early to tell. Filming is happening now in New Orleans, and it will be fall before the series actually airs on Fox.

What we do at least know at the moment is that like every other Ryan Murphy show out there, it is getting a promotional push like nobody’s business. For example, we present to you the latest promo below, which is entirely spoiled by its thumbnail. Someone behind the scenes should have really thought about this before posting! Emma Roberts’ character of Chanel is seen looking into what looks at first like a mirror … only for us to discover later that it is a knife. Creepy, right?

While our assumption is that Roberts will be playing a villain on this series, that is not entirely confirmed just yet. It is also possible that she may be taking on a role that is even more demented than Madison Montgomery, the movie star / crazy person she played on “American Horror Story: Coven.” For the longest time, she felt that she was going to be the Supreme there, and also was one of the many on that messy season who came back from the dead.

Roberts is joined by Lea Michele, Jamie Lee Curtis, Abigail Breslin, and Keke Palmer on this series. Given that this is the second promo we’ve seen with her, it’s fair to say that her role is going to be a pretty enormous one.
