‘Dancing with the Stars’ 20 spoilers: What Chris Soules, Riker Lynch, more will perform (week 3)
Tonight, the remaining 11 contestants of “Dancing with the Stars” will be taking part in what is routinely a tricky round of performances: Latin night. With that being said, we cannot sit here and say that we’re altogether that thrilled with the theme. It’s almost like an essential evil, like dealing with the airport if you want to go on vacation during the holidays. Sometimes, the performances can be great, but 20 seasons in we’ve seen so many Latin routines that you really have to blow us out of the water to remember them a week or two later.
As always, though, we are here with the dance spoilers! Sometimes with these “Dancing with the Stars” spoiler articles, we chat about the song choice. It’s hard to do that when we only have heard of around half of the songs. Therefore, we’re only going to make predictions based on the style. These come to us courtesy of PureDWTS, a reliable source for such information.
Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson – Rumba. That’s not great if the “Shark Tank” star wants to avoid those romance rumors.
Chris Soules and Witney Carson – Argentine tango. A good draw for Chris. Keeping him in a hold may help to make some of his dance problems go away.
Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev – This dance style is surprisingly not confirmed. She will be performing to the Santana / Pitbull track “Oye 2014.”
Charlotte McKinney and Keo Motsepe – The only other question mark as far as dance style, but it is speculated to be a rumba. Given her profession as a model, Charlotte should excel with the sensual parts of this.
Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess – Argentine tango. This could be one of Noah’s harder styles, since so much of it is in hold and he will have to work with extra challenges.
Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough – Samba. We’re not really too worried about her ability to do any style. This really should not come as an exception.
Michael Sam and Peta Murgatroyd – Samba. No problems here. Sam should be quick on his feet; he just needs to concentrate on having fun.
Willow Shields and Mark Ballas – Paso doble. Yep, we’re going to see how intimidating a 14-year old can look while doing the dance of the bullfighter.
Suzanne Somers and Tony Dovolani – Samba. A huge test. We personally believe this and the quickstep to be the two hardest dances; thank goodness Suzanne did all of those fitness videos!
Riker Lynch and Allison Holker – Salsa. Nothing too interesting to say here, other than that he should be great at it.
Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy – Salsa. She can do lyrical dances very well. Doing something more upbeat and fun-focused should be worth a watch.
