‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Phaedra Parks talks it out in the Philippines

Every season on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” we have some sort of enormous trip that is taken by the women. We get why this happens. It’s a chance for production to show a different locale, and for some reason, the change of location always leads to more fighting! You would think that this would help the women start to calm down a little bit, but for some reason, it never quite happens. Instead, it leads more to rehashing old problems since everyone has so much more time on their hands without family and other distractions around.

The promo below gives you a sense of some of that, though you also get a quick look around some of the beautiful parts of this country, whether it be the scenery or the people. Want to get some other scoop? Then take a look at the synopsis below, if you have not seen it already:

“The women travel to the Philippines. Everyone is in attendance except NeNe, who has chosen to work on her upcoming role for Broadway. Phaedra opens up to Claudia. For once, there seems to be peace and positivity throughout the group…that is, until dinner time.”

By the time this particularly story is over, maybe we’ll at least see some progress between some of the declining relationships this season. Phaedra Parks does seem desperate to fix things, while Claudia Jordan is still working on fitting in.

With dinner threatening to ruin everything, though, we could see a situation here where everything goes from good to bad in an incredibly short span of time
