ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7, episode 19 preview: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion, and talent talk

Monday night’s new episode of “Castle” is entitled “Habeas Corpse,” and it feels already like they are going to give us  a little bit of everything over the course of this hour. For one, we’re going to have a mystery that apparently lead to Rick and Kate being held at gunpoint. However, at the same time we are also going to have a few other moments in this episode that revolve around these two talking about a talent competition that is coming up for the policemen and women of New York City.

As you would imagine, Stana Katic’s character seems to be more anxiety-ridden over the latter. She is used to being in near-death situations at this point, but the fear of ripping her dress and becoming a viral video is something very new to her.

At some point during this episode, we hope that we get to see some of this. However, the video below (first posted by Entertainment Weekly) features our leads investigating when they seem to find something (a body?) buried. Unfortunately, this leads to that aforementioned gun pointing right into their backs. We expect all sorts of trouble that comes as a result of all of this, but it’s nothing that Beckett and Castle can’t handle.

In case you have not heard already, the murder victim in this episode is going to be a lawyer with a big personality who specializes in personal injury cases. When you consider some of the advertisements and the lawsuits surrounding these sort of characters, it is easy to figure out why there may be some who want to kill this person.
