‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: Was there voter fraud in the State’s Attorney election?
Nothing on “The Good Wife” ever stays peaceful for long, and that includes everything from relationships to election results. Specifically when it comes to the upcoming April 12 episode entitled “Winning Ugly,” we are speaking a little bit more about the latter.
Is it possible that there was voter fraud in the election that ended up giving Alicia the title of State’s Attorney? That is going to be investigated, and Julianna Margulies’ character is going to need to take big, bold steps in order to ensure that nothing happens that alters the course of history. There are going to be some other stories in this episode as well (including something big for Cary and Diane), but to us this Alicia tale has to be front and center. After all, it really was not all that long ago (as in days) when we saw her officially get elected.
Take a look at the just-released synopsis below courtesy of CBS:
“When potential voter fraud is discovered in the State’s Attorney election, Eli and Alicia take steps to stop a recount by enlisting the help of a well-respected civil rights lawyer, Spencer Randolph (Ron Rifkin). Also, Diane learns she unwittingly submitted false evidence in Cary’s case.”
Voting issues are certainly something that are familiar to many viewers of the show already. After all, just remember here everything that happened during Peter and his election to become Governor.
While the election is over, there are still many insane stories to come this season … including something that will lead to the exit of Archie Panjabi.
