‘Criminal Minds’ season 10 spoilers: First look at ‘Beyond Borders’ backdoor pilot
“Criminal Minds” may be taking a little bit of a break at the moment (tomorrow night marks a two-hour episode), but the show does have a variety of big episodes still to come! One of the most notable ones of all is going to be “Beyond Borders” airing on Wednesday, April 8. This is a potential backdoor pilot for a spin-off series that could air in the fall. Based on what we’ve heard so far, this show looks to be putting an international spin on crime-solving. Not only that, but you has the likes of Gary Sinise, Anna Gunn, and recent “Walking Dead” castoff Tyler James Williams all on board in key roles.
Today, CBS released the first synopsis for the episode, and it helps to explain just what leads to the BAU to work with an International Unit assigned to help American citizens when crimes occur abroad:
“When a family of four is abducted while on vacation in Barbados, the BAU is called to assist Unit Chief Jack Garrett (Sinise) and his International Unit on their investigation. Garrett and his unit, the FBI’s top division for handling cases involving Americans abroad, work jointly with Hotch and his team when they discover that this case matches one the BAU investigated last year in Florida.”
Does this episode sound better than all of “Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior”? We certainly think so, but it could be a little bit of time before we can actually confirm that it will deliver what we want it to and then some.
What do you want to see on the backdoor pilot, and do you think the premise at least looks like a good one on the surface? I like Gary Sinise…….get Jennifer off…she does nothing for the show……why don’t you replace her with Chris Meloni???? Now that would be a show to WATCH !!!!!!!

Yeah, I think it sounds good. And, with Gary Sinise as the main character, you can’t hardly go wrong! Really liked him in CSI – NY.
