ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7 spoilers: The Stana Katic – Nathan Fillion story in ‘Habeas Corpse’
After a little bit of a hiatus, “Castle” is returning to TV Monday night with an episode entitled “Hong Kong Hustle.” We’re going to have a little more news on that one specifically later today, but for the time being, we’re casting our focus specifically at the upcoming March 30 installment entitled “Habeas Corpse.” What can you expect it? It sounds almost like this show meets “Better Call Saul,” except in this show the lawyer does not exactly get shipped of to Omaha at the end. To use the “Breaking Bad” metaphor, he’s more like to end up in Belieze.
ABC just released the official synopsis for this episode, which gives you a sense of both the victim and the story for Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion’s characters. Take a look at that below:
“When Richie ‘The Pitbull’ Falco, a larger-than-life personal-injury attorney is found dead, Beckett and Castle investigate the many clients and competitors who had motive to kill him. But the mystery deepens when they discover a shocking secret that may be linked to Richie’s murder.”
There is a certain part of this story that sounds fun, given that these attorneys are always these enormous characters. The mystery itself sounds somewhat complicated, though, mostly because it is easy to imagine that there would be plenty of people with a motive. Yes, there are a number of easy lawyer jokes we could make here, but we’ll try to steer clear … at least for the time being.

Not enough Castle on Castle lately. I guess he must be preparing for
the summer filming of the new show.
