‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Emily Deschanel’s Brennan joins Twitter!

We have definitely seen quite a few bizarre storylines on “Bones” over the years, and by “bizarre” we mostly mean “random and entertaining.” This is a show sometimes that exists in another world, so it’s interesting here and there to see when it actually ties into something that is a key part of everyday life.

What is one such thing for us? Social media, which is what makes it very interesting when Brennan (Emily Deschanel) joins Twitter in the upcoming twelfth episode of the season. We hope that the show really puts some effort into this, and actually creates a real account for her to occasionally tweet about things in her world. This is a part of the whole “go the extra mile” thing that fans really tend to appreciate.

As for why Brennan is deciding now out of all times to go in this direction, let’s just say that she needed a little bit of pressure before deciding to make the move. take a look at the official synopsis below:

“When an affluent school teacher is found dead in an abandoned bookstore, the teachers and students at her school become suspects in the case. Meanwhile, Brennan’s publisher encourages her to join Twitter to help grow her fan base, and “squintern” Jessica Warren (guest star Laura Spencer) teaches Brennan some tricks to master the Twitter-verse, skills Brennan enthusiastically puts to use.”

Now, we also want there to be a Twitter for Jessica Warren to go along with it, just for that added dose of authenticity.

As for the other story, there’s not really anything that exciting to mention here. This is a case that, at least on the surface, could be just like any other on any other crime show.
