‘The Amazong Race 26’ episode 5 preview: Fighting, tears, and more in April

Sad news for everyone who loves “The Amazing Race“: You are going to be waiting for a long time now to see the remainder of this season. Due to the NCAA basketball tournament, the show will not be on the air until April 3.

So almost to make up for this, the show decided to give us something that is almost as annoying as the theme for this season: A “supertease” of everything that is coming up the remainder of the season. The reason we hate these is that smart people can start to sift through the video clips, and figure out just how long certain people last. We’re not really going to spend a whole lot of time hyper-analyzing this, mostly because we don’t want to ruin anything here.

The one thing that we will tease is that the majority of the blind date couples will continue to be utter disasters. Hayley & Blair are going to continue fighting with each other constantly, Jackie & Jeff will struggle, and you already know that Kurt & Bergen have no real interest anymore in actually even trying to make a romantic connection. At this point, they are really just trying to focus on winning. Can you really blame them for that?

The crazy thing is that despite the previously-dating couples seemingly having an advantage going into this, there are only three of them left compared to five of the blind dates.
