‘King of the Nerds’ season 3, episode 7 CarterMatt Podcast: Zack Storch on double-elimination and more

King of the Nerds -We’re back today with another special edition of the CarterMatt Podcast, this time discussing the penultimate episode of “King of the Nerds” with a guy who is very much familiar with this particular stage of the game: Season 2 standout Zack Storch! (Due some technical issues Jessa couldn’t be with us, but she’ll be back for the finale!)

In his second appearance on the podcast this season (go back and check out his first here), Zack helps us to go through the events of this big episode, including the double-elimination of Amanda and Raychelle. They both made some valuable contributions to the season, and then went out in very different ways. One had the proper Nerd-Off elimination, while the other was sent home in shocking fashion right in the middle of the challenge. That is never the way to go.

Of course, this podcast reaches far beyond the bounds of this episode! We also discuss at length the events of some past installments, our hopes for the finale, and also what the current chances are for there to be a fourth season. Are the ratings enormous? Not really, but it’s also Friday nights, and they have compared well to season 2. We also discuss some tips if you want to get involved in making sure a season 4 happens.

For those who missed it, Zack also has a new book out! Head over to VoidSaga.com in order to take a look at Za’nar: Impossibility; we also talk about it at the end of this podcast, or at length in the previous one we did with him earlier this season. Great times!

Hopefully, you enjoy this edition greatly, and head over to iTunes if you want to subscribe. We’ve got a ton of other podcasts on the way, and we would recommend taking a look at either the “Arrow” or “Better Call Saul” podcasts specifically if you like this show. There may be some crossover there.
