‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Many clues in latest Emily Deschanel-led promo

“Bones” fans, we feel your pain: The show has made you wait for a long time in order to see what is going to be what is coming up, and you’re going to see that on Thursday, March 26. The promo below may not give you a whole lot of information about what you can expect specifically expect during “The Psychic in the Soup,” but there is at least one thing that is important in here: The episode count.

We have to admit that when we first saw the show’s return date, we wondered whether or not we were only going to get a 16 or 18-episode season since we were so close to the May sweeps already. In some ways, it would even make sense. After all, the show could have chosen to just shelve a handful of episodes for the fall, since that could help to cover for any maternity leave that Emily Deschanel might need. There’s just one problem with that: We do not know if the show for sure is coming back just yet.

Do we think that a renewal is likely? Sure, but there is a difference between “likely” and “confirmed,” and we have to wait to see what the show and its producers ultimately decide to do here.

The one thing that we can ultimately say is that there are most likely going to be a variety of fun stories coming up that put the Jeffersonian through their paces, and we’ll have to see how the majority of the characters ultimately handle that.
