‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 23 preview: Andrew and Lucy Hale’s Aria

On Tuesday night’s “Pretty Little Liars” episodes, there are going to be a variety of different questions. One of the biggest ones we have after watching the new sneak peek below is pretty simple: Is Andrew the somewhat-nice guy that we thought that he was?

In this preview, Andrew starts off innocent enough, asking about whether or not he was a good enough tutor to get Lucy Hale’s character exactly what she wanted. From there, things start to get a little creepier as he asks her about Mike, and then, it gets creepier than ever when the subject of Mona comes up. Andrew asks almost like the world is better off now that she is dead, which is definitely a heck of a dark thing to believe. Did Mona torment a ton of people? Sure, but wishing death on her for doing it is a little extreme.

With that being said, him believing this does not necessarily mean that he is “A,” or a guy with evil intentions towards anyone. He may really hate Mona. This feels almost like one of those deliberate clues designed to throw everyone off the scent a little bit. The show is a whole lot more fun when you have a myriad of suspects, and every one of them has a motivation or two as to why they could be “A.” This doesn’t just mean for sure that any of them are.
