‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 5, episode 19 preview: A big Jorge Garcia story

Hawaii -If you are a big fan of “Hawaii Five-0,” then you have been rather blessed as of late with the chance to watch a variety of new episodes in a row. This includes “Kahania” a.k.a. “Close Shave,” the installment airing on CBS next week. This could be the last one for a little while, depending on what happens with the NCAA Tournament Schedule throughout the end of the month of March.

Hopefully, this will be a story that does hold you over for a while. We’re certainly excited about it for a number of different reasons. Not only is this an opportunity to see more of Michael Imperioli on the series again, but we are going to have a big story for Jorge Garcia. Anytime that we get Jerry into the spotlight, we’re going to be pleased.

Take a look at the just-released synopsis today courtesy of the network:

“McGarrett and Odell come under siege in Odell’s barbershop when they try to protect a young man who is being hunted down by a gang.  Also, Jerry is wrongfully accused of committing a series of home invasions.”

The only thing that we’re concerned about is that this whole “wrongfully accused” storyline is something that we have seen on many different crime shows as of late. It’s a hard thing to really keep selling to us time and time again, and have us be okay with it without variety.
