‘The Walking Dead’ season 5 spoilers: Norman Reedus’ Daryl finds a new friend
Do you want to see something related to “The Walking Dead” … and friendship? Then this is the story for you! Let’s face it: Daryl Dixon really needs a buddy at the moment. He is still coping with the loss of Beth, and this is not a man who makes very many friends easily.
According to a new report from Entertainment Weekly, there is going to be at least one person within the walls of the Alexandria Safe Zone who will actually form some sort of positive bond with Norman Reedus’ character. Why is this so important? The easy answer to that is because it could cause him to shift his motivations a little bit. For example, if Daryl starts to think that these people in the town are not so bad, is he really going to do anything that could actually harm them? We’re not so sure that he will.
Meanwhile, we are also going to see in this story a big party of sorts for Rick and the survivors. Deanna seems to be the responsible party for organizing the affair, but it may come back to bite her. Why? This could be where Rick starts to make a big move that could allow him to seize control of the entire town.
We are going to have some further news very soon when it comes to this episode of the series, so be sure to stay tuned for more of that!
What do you think: Should Rick take it a little easy, or is he more than fine to be so cautious? Share with a comment, and head over here to get some more news related to the show! I am looking forward to seeing how a Daryl/Aaron friendship plays out, but at the same time I’m confused because Daryl is obviously very close to everyone in his group, especially Carol and Rick. So it’s not like he’s a poor friendless waif, really.
I will just be happy if he stops moping.
