‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Is trouble ahead for Kandi Burruss, Phaedra Parks?

Just as if Kandi Burruss and Phaedra Parks did not have enough problems as a whole, there’s also going to be all sorts of gossip spreading in the promo below for Sunday night’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” episode. Specifically, some of the other women are going to start to question the friendship, and who knows? Maybe it will cause both women to take stock of what is really important in their lives.

If we were going to label this hype right now as any one thing, we would say that it is mostly smoke, and very little fire. Until we actually see the two of them have some very heated confrontations with one another, there’s no real reason to be afraid. They just have some other priorities right now.

For example, Kandi is busy at the moment worrying about her marriage to Todd Tucker. The preview below shows the two in counseling, and there is a very long pause when Todd is asked about his overall investment in things at the moment. (For the record, this could just be editing playing a dirty trick on us more so than anything else.) Also, Phaedra is still on the recovering path following what happened recently with Apollo Nida. That’s not an easy thing to really put behind you.

One thing we are feeling pretty confident about right now is that by the end of this episode, we’re going to have even more material for what is going to be a jam-packed reunion show.
