‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6 spoilers: ‘Jericho’ alum set to reprise role

NCIS Los AngelesAre you ready to get a major blast from seasons past on “NCIS: Los Angeles” season 6? If so, we’ve got some news that we strongly believe should be right up your alley.

Per a new report from TVLine, Alicia Coppola of “Jericho” fame is going to be coming back to the CBS procedural at some point later this spring in the role of Lisa Rand. This is the same character she played all the way back in the season 2 episode entitled “Little Angels.” This is a long time coming, but at the same time, still an appearance on the show we are very happy to see take place.

What is somewhat interesting about this news is that Coppola already has some sort of history on the “NCIS” franchise beyond this, having originally played the part of Faith Coleman over on “JAG,” the series that really started it all. There is a part of us that wishes that we would get a chance to just see that old role surface again in some capacity, but we do understand at the same time why you want to bring back a great actor for something new.

While there was no new episode of the series this week, there are some major stories still to come on the series. For example, you’re going to have a chance to see a little bit more scoop when it comes to Sam’s recovery, and also whether or not Kensi and Deeks are handling the new structure of their relationship in a way in which we would hope that they would.
