‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: Boss on tension between Cary, Diane, and Alicia
There is a new episode of “The Good Wife” airing on Sunday night, and with that is going to come quite a bit of tension. Specifically, we are going to see if Alicia, Cary, and Diane can actually handle spending some time working together. Given all of the time that Cary spent behind bars earlier in the season, collaborating with these two at this firm is a feeling that is still somewhat new to him. He has to figure out just how he can handle this. In addition to that, Diane has to deal with Alicia being away so much working on her campaign for State’s Attorney. There are many different balls currently in the air.
If you are wondering just how much this will be explored on the show, the answer is “often.” Just take a look at what executive producer Robert King had to say in a new interview with TV Guide:
“People are sort of feeling betrayed sometimes. That’s what Diane feels – is feeling that Alicia kind of helped create this firm and then is stepping back without so much consultation them. I think at a certain point, it’s a family that has a rip down the middle of it and has to be sewn and cured in some way. I think … what they’re struggling to find is a way where they can find their way back to each other. Because they really do, one of the most fun parts of the show, is when everybody supports each other. I think they’re in a little bit of a dark period where they’re not on great terms and the question is can they find their way back to having great terms.”
Also, be prepared for more on Alicia’s love life when the show returns Sunday. That kiss is going to lead ultimately to something!
