‘Hart of Dixie’ season 4 spoilers: ‘End of Day,’ and further Rachel Bilson, Wilson Bethel surprise

Brace yourselves, for we come bearing news: Details on what could end up being the second-to-last episode of “Hart of Dixie.” “End of Day” airs on Friday, March 20, and we are going to get a chance to see just how the show starts to prepare for what could be an ending. Note that the future here is not entirely set in stone, but since many cast members approached the final episodes like they were the last, we may as well have the same expectation. It’s better to be surprised by a renewal than let down by a cancellation.

The CW today shared the official synopsis for this episode for the first time, and it does seem like there are some conflicts when it comes to Zoe, Wade, and the subject of marriage. In addition to that, this episode will also have a rather trippy story for AnnaBeth that could make it seem like BlueBell, Alabama is in trouble. Take a look below:

“AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) is visited in a dream by BlueBell’s founder, who prophesies five omens about the end of BlueBell. Not taking it seriously, AnnaBeth shares her dream with Crickett (guest star Brandi Burkhardt) who tells everyone and creates a town-wide panic. Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Wade (Wilson Bethel) are surprised when it comes out that they have very different opinions about marriage. Meanwhile, George (Scott Porter) is at a crossroads when he gets an offer that could change his life forever.”

If the end is coming soon for the show, at least we feel good about one thing: It seems to be saying goodbye with style (and humor) at the end of the day.
