‘How to Get Away with Murder’ episode 13 review: The more (or less) you know…
Thursday night’s new episode of “How to Get Away With Murder” was shocking, but not so much in the way that you wanted to throw a glass against the wall, and jump around hour apartment screaming until someone checked up on you. It was more of a frustrated sort of shock, or the kind that tends to happen when you have someone like Wes who is so frustrated, you can feel it watching from home.
We definitely understand the confusion right now, and much of it comes down to one essential question: Is it possible that Rebecca actually did kill Lila Stangard? It did not appear like this was the case at one point, but now, it is understandable if you are starting to feel this way.
Also, we met Rudy tonight for the first time in the flesh, and at the moment, these two have to be at the top of anyone’s real suspect chart for possible murderers. With that being said, we almost hope that it is not either one of them who is actually the guilty party. At this point, this would be far too predictable for our taste, and we know that the show can do a little bit better than this in the final two episodes. (Unless, of course, they deliver some more twists that really make us buy into this and then some.)
Ultimately, we’re very excited to see how the show closes this off, and bonus points here to Cicely Tyson. She was every bit as awesome as we hoped. Grade: B+.
