‘The Good Wife’ season 6 spoilers: Why ‘Mind’s Eye’ could be an important episode
One of the great things about being on TV for a long time is that it allows for further options for you to explore different characters and dynamics, especially in terms of what you can do stylistically. For “The Good Wife,” it looks like we could be very well have that in the upcoming March 8 episode entitled “Mind’s Eye,” an experimental hour that gives you more insight into Alicia Florrick’s mindset than ever before. We don’t want to say too much about the structure of this episode yet, other than that it is different than almost any other you are going to see.
What we can tell you is that showrunners Robert and Michelle King wrote this episode, and traditionally, this is a sign of a very important episode. Also, Robert is poised to direct the episode. Both Michael J. Fox and David Hyde Pierce will be appearing in the hour, and you can take a look at the official synopsis below:
“Alicia prepares for a key interview which could impact the outcome of the race for State’s Attorney. Also, Louis Canning pressures Florrick/Agos/Lockhart to agree on a settlement in his wrongful eviction case against the firm.”
One of the great things about the airing structure for “The Good Wife” is that there are no episodes airing during the February sweeps, which is traditionally the time in which we see such new episodes air that are of the “important” variety. In avoiding sweeps, it is almost like every episode of this show is important.
