‘Better Call Saul’ episode 4 preview: Will Saul take the money?
Episode 3 of “Better Call Saul” ended in an interesting position, given that we had the chance to see Saul Goodman track down the Kettleman family in their tent. However, the twist here is that he has a pretty decent alternative to taking them to the police: Taking the money. This is an opportunity for him to actually support his brother, and live something resembling a better life.
Money talks in this world, and based on the promo that aired after tonight’s episode, we’re starting to think that Saul ultimately decided to snag that cash and make things a little bit better for himself. Regardless of everything that happens here, Saul has a whole lot to be worried about still. Nacho, Tuco, and the rest of that crew is clearly dangerous, and there may be many questions about trust that are there. Also, what happens if someone else finds out about him taking the money? He is walking a tightrope, and he will have to do so carefully.
The title for this episode is “Hero,” and we hear that Saul is going to have to face at least sort of ramifications for his actions. As to what these ramifications truly are, that remains to be seen. We just have faith now that it will be incredible, given the fun, fast-paced way in which the first three episodes have all gone. Mike is now more involved, and we’re starting to see more of Saul’s skill.
We wish we had the promo to share here, but for some reason, AMC remains not-so-great at sharing those online.
