‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 20 video: Will Jonny score Spencer away with Toby?

Is it possible that we could see a breakup scene between Toby and Spencer on “Pretty Little Liars” soon? Things are not looking particularly great for the two at the moment, and the more that we start to see Spencer and Jonny together, the more that we are starting to feel like Keegan Allen’s character may have some competition.

Let’s weight the advantages of Jonny at the moment: He’s friendly, he is available, and he’s not working for the police. Given the current status of the Liars with the Rosewood PD, this may make him a very desirable candidate. With all of this being said, there are still understandably many questions when it comes to how much you can really trust the guy. We have that seem pit in our stomach anytime that there is a new face who surfaces on this show. It’s hard not to have a little apprehension given the history of some of these people!

We are still hoping that Spencer and Toby manage to figure out a way to work things out, but sometimes, a little competition can go a long way. If nothing else, it encourages people to really start to figure out that if they don’t change their ways, they could lose someone they care about.

We’re probably reading way too much into the scene; really, all it shows us is that Toby is busy, and Spencer is enjoying spending time with someone else.
