‘The Flash’ episode 14 video: What happens next for Martin Stein, Ronnie Raymond

“The Flash” is clearly not making much of an effort to hide the fact that Martin Stein and Ronnie Raymond both managed to survive the explosion at the end of this past episode. Rather than making you wonder about Firestorm’s fate, the producers (and The CW) seem to be more invested in making you wonder what is going to be coming up after this particular moment.

In the sneak peek below, you can get a good idea here of just what could be coming up. After all, we have here specifically Ronnie and Martin seemingly all right, but also with just a tiny sliver of ambiguity. After all, their body temperatures are still a little high, even if it seems as though they are feeling all right.

As for how Victor Garber and Robbie Amell’s characters feel about each other, the answer to that is pretty darn simple: They are not exactly fans of one another. Ronnie is not exactly thrilled that he had to spend most of his time sitting around, letting Martin control his every move. Meanwhile, Martin is defensive, saying that he is not exactly the one that made this decision. It is not his fault that such circumstances came about.

Now that these two characters are back, it feels like they could start to really move forward and plan their future again. The real game of this episode will be seeing just for how long that lasts. Given that General Eiling is on the scene looking for Firestorm, we still imagine a not-so-great ending coming up.
