‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 2 spoilers: Adrianne Palicki promoted to regular

Love “Agents of SHIELD” and Adrianne Palicki? Like any good mockingbird, the following is news worth singing about.

As pointed out in a new press released posted today by SpoilerTV, the actress is now listed as a part of the main cast for the ABC series! This means that she is a regular, and will not be going anywhere at some point in the near future. This ultimately felt like it was going to happen at some point. Bobbi Morse has been extremely well-received as of late, and locking her in with the other members of the main cast effectively means that she will have a big role to play in the MCU moving forward.

There are also a few other details at the moment about the show’s March 3 return. The title for this episode is now “Epidemic” (it was originally going to be “Aftershocks,” which we actually preferred when it comes to an interesting name), and the synopsis below offers up some insight into just what you can expect to see:

“In the midseason premiere, “Epidemic,” Coulson’s team must deal with the consequences of their war with Hydra as shocking revelations threaten to tear them apart, and Hydra makes a dangerous move that may involve a traitor in S.H.I.E.L.D.’s midst.”

While we’ve spent a whole lot of time here talking about Bobbi, it still remains clear to us that Skye is going to be the focus of the second half of the season. How can she not be when we just learned that she was one of the Inhumans? If she was not suddenly some sort of key player, we feel like we’d actually be pretty bummed-out over it.
