‘Reign’ season 2, episode 15 preview: Amy Brenneman returns in ‘Forbidden’

Thursday night’s new episode of “Reign” contained quite a bit of story progress when it comes to Mary, Conde, and Francis, and as you assumed, this is far from the end of the road when it comes to these characters.

Just to make things interesting, Amy Brenneman is going to return next week in order to give Mary some very important advice: She is in danger, and she needs to be completely aware of what she needs to do in order to ensure her position of power. While she handles this, there are still going to be some issues with Francis, and Lola will continue to have a role in all of the madness.

Just in case you have not seen the official synopsis just yet, you can take a look at that below right now:

“Mary’s (Adelaide Kane) mother (guest star Amy Brenneman) returns to advise Mary that her throne is in jeopardy. Mary makes a shocking proposition to Condé (Sean Teale), along with a bold move to reclaim her throne. Francis (Toby Regbo) moves closer to Lola (Anna Popplewell) after a setback with Mary, while King Antoine (guest star Ben Aldridge) makes Kenna (Caitlin Stasey) an interesting offer.”

There may not be a whole lot of installments of “Reign” left over the course of the next several weeks, but hopefully, they will contain enough surprises and shocks to make up for it. We’ll have some further scoop as it comes out.
