‘Glee’ season 6 spoilers: See Sue, Will in ‘Child Star’ photo

“Glee” has become somewhat enigmatic as of late when it comes to episodes that are coming up; as a matter of fact, even some of the press releases that have been issued have not helped to ease the confusion!

What we can at least tell you now is that “2009,” the retrospective episode that was in some ways all about the members of New Directions looking back, seems to not be on the schedule. It’s not entirely clear if this is just one that Fox does not want to air right now, or if this was just a collection of bonus material. While there are some details out there about it, the new press release for “Child Star” suggests that it is now the ninth episode of the season, and will air on February 27.

Take a look at the synopsis for this episode below:

“A high-strung, demanding tween requests that the members of New Directions perform at his bar mitzvah, and the glee club must band together for its first public performance. Meanwhile, Spencer pushes Roderick to lose weight.”

Could this be an episode that actually focuses a little bit more on the newbies than some other ones that we’ve seen lately? It is fair to wonder this very question, since the show has not exactly given most of these people the time of day as of late. Then again, they also have had a little bit of a reason for that. They need to establish the endgame for the longtime members of the glee club before they can really focus on just about anyone else.
