‘Better Call Saul’ episode 3 preview: Jimmy McGill learns a thing or two about Mike
So far on AMC’s “Better Call Saul,” we have learned a few things about Jimmy McGill a.k.a. Saul Goodman. What we have not learned so far is how Mike ends up fitting into this world. This is a guy who has basically been the cranky parking attendant through two episodes, but we know that as time progresses, that will change and the character will become more and more involved… as a cranky criminal.
In the preview for next week’s new episode (we don’t understand why AMC does not make these promos available directly), we saw Saul cowering in fear somewhat of Jonathan Banks’ character. Apparently, he has angered him enough to turn their little game, which was at one point fairly innocent, into something far more violent and scary.
Want to see some more news related to what to expect? Then just check out the attached (very short) synopsis via SpoilerTV: “Jimmy is eager to prove that his dangerous client is innocent.” Unfortunately, this is probably all you are going to get for most of these synopses. AMC really has no incentive to give away a substantial amount of information, since they know that this show thrives on the element of surprise.
Banks is also a series regular, so for those wondering, we are not going to be seeing him out of Saul’s life presumably for a long time. Also, the fact that he survives through to the end of “Breaking Bad” season 5A tells you a lot about this guy’s resilience.
