‘Gotham’ episode 15 preview: Bruce Wayne prepares for a trip

“Gotham” may not be entirely about Bruce Wayne, but you can never forget his part in the story, and also the person that he is going to someday become. The latest sneak peek that we have for you below is some pretty clear evidence of that.

This preview may also be one of the best opportunities that we have seen to date of Bruce doing something that longtime Batman fans will recognize: The first of many “trips” that we are going to see him take throughout his life. Alfred helps him prepare, and then he goes off on his own to face a test, which will eventually turn into something much more.

At the moment, we imagine that Bruce is starting to feel a little all over the place, and for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, he is having to deal with Selina Kyle’s revelation still, and the abandonment of any potential feelings that he was starting to have for her. It is hard to truly love someone or even like them when they have such a penchant for lying and pushing people away when they become too close to her.

Then, he also has to come to terms with how little James Gordon has been able to accomplish when it comes to solving the murder of his parents. We still think that Selina knows more than she is letting on, but there’s no real way to get her to admit to anything. The trail here is cold, and ultimately, Gordon has a billion or so other things on his plate that we know he is going to have to deal with.
