‘Empire’ episode 6 preview: Raven-Symone guest stars!

In addition to have some great marketing and being a fun, juicy soap, one of the things that “Empire” has really done a great job at during its time on Fox is establishing a wonderful roster of guest stars. We are going to see Rita Ora and Jennifer Hudson on the show moving forward, and next week, we’re going to see an appearance from none other than former Disney Channel great Raven-Symone!

To us, the mere presence of the actress is something worth celebrating, since she brings to the table something a little bit different. When you have not seen someone for quite a long time, that makes their reappearance in something all the more excited.

Ultimately, the synopsis below tells you that Vernon will be in trouble, and that is going to be the very tip of the iceberg when it comes to all of the crazy things that are coming up in this episode:

“Vernon is caught in the middle of a very sticky situation. Meanwhile, Jamal is rising to stardom, but his newfound drive and ambition might stir up trouble in his relationships. To make matters worse, a mystery woman (guest star Raven Symone) from the family’s past shows up with a huge surprise.”

What we really hope for by the end of this installment is that we learn more about some of the supporting characters, and that we see the former “That’s So Raven” star again. Given the shorter order this season, that may not happen; however, it could be something that happens in the second season!
