‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 11, episode 10 video: Callie and Owen get back in the game

If there are two characters on “Grey’s Anatomy” who have been through hard times the past year, we’d say that Callie and Owen are them. (Then again, almost everyone has been through hard times on this show!)

Well, the sneak peek below is mostly all about Sara Ramirez and Kevin McKidd’s characters being a little more proactive, and actually going out there and trying to do something new with their personal lives. They are at a bar, and Callie feels like she has figured out the right person to set Owen up with! Unfortunately, it seems as though her gaydar may be a little off here, since this person is actually interested in her. Clearly, Owen can’t catch a break! At the same time, is this good for Callie? It’s at least a chance to get back out there.

When it comes to Calzona, we are still hoping for a reunion at some point, but this does not feel like something that is coming in the near future. It may benefit both of them in a way to get back out there and start to spend time with other people. If nothing else, it should provide them with some other insight into what is really out there in the world, and maybe what they miss about each other.

As for Owen, we’re still hopeful for him and Amelia. There may not be anything brewing right now, but that doesn’t mean that the two are going to be oblivious to the possibility forever.
