‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5, episode 19 preview: Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, and college drama
Given how much time the women of “Pretty Little Liars” typically spend on dealing with “A,” it does sometimes feel like their actual lives outside of that are stuck in one gear. For the second half of season 5, though, this is not going to be the case. We’re going to see all of the ladies start to look towards their future, and realize that if they really want to get out of Rosewood, there are a variety of different issues that will come with that. Some of them involve getting accepted into college, or at least getting their grades up; in other instances, it is all about making sure that college is really paid for.
If you want to get some other news on what lies ahead, take a look at the synopsis for next week’s episode right now:
“Senior high school students focus on their future college careers and feel the high pressures that come along with it, and Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer are no different. With a grade contingent acceptance, Aria needs to buckle down to improve her grades and looks to Andrew for some tutoring help. Also having college acceptance anxiety, Spencer decides to take a break and help Jonny with a new project. Hanna is doing just fine on her college acceptances but finds out that she has been turned down for financial aid and turns to her dad to help.
“Meanwhile, Aria and the girls concerns about Mike increase after an incident at the school blood drive.”
Who knows? Maybe there will be a huge shocker in this episode … but we do feel like the show is saving its good stuff until near the end.
