‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6, episode 15 preview: Is there an ISIS cell in the city?
Is Callen and Sam being kidnapped on “NCIS: Los Angeles” really that shocking of a storyline anymore? We’re not entirely sure, given that this is something that we have seen take place many times before on the show.
However, next week’s new episode may be one of the first few times that we have seen potential whispers about ISIS being involved. Granted, this is really the only season that they could be given the terrorist group’s surge in attention. We know that they are capable of very bad things, and we may see some of these things unfold as it becomes hinted at that there may be a cell of the group somewhere within the City of Angels itself.
If you have not seen the official synopsis for this hour just yet, take a look at it now below:
“Callen and Sam are kidnapped when they follow an anonymous tip about a missing NSA agent. When the team discovers they are nowhere to be found, they realize it could have been a trap set by terrorists.”
Of course, there will be a whole lot going on in this particular story beyond this, but it is not exactly the style of CBS to want to give away a whole lot and tip their cap early to what is going on. They like to keep many things close to the vest, and then let them surprise you a little when the episode actually airs. Maybe we’ll have something further when the sneak peeks are released over the weekend, but there is no guarantee there.
