‘Chicago Fire’ season 3, episode 13 preview: The ‘Chicago PD’ crossover and more

With today being Super Bowl XLIX, this is the opportunity for NBC to really promote their shows to the best of their ability. We have not really seen a huge correlation between the big game and big ratings, but we don’t blame the network for doing almost everything in their power to convince new people to watch their more mainstream programming.

With that in mind, we bring you one of the latest “Chicago Fire” previews today! This video focuses heavily on the “Chicago PD” crossover, which has a variety of different stories that jump from one show to the next. Above all else, though, you better expect to see quite a bit of content and then some when it comes to the case of Leslie Shay. The character died during the “Chicago Fire” premiere, and we are still trying to figure out what happened to her. This is why the police are now involved; the fire department has realized that the fire that cost Leslie her life was a planned arson.

Hopefully, we are going to have something resembling an answer as to what really happened by the end of these two episodes. If nothing else, we do feel pretty comfortable in saying that there is going to be all sorts of intense drama, action, and some surprises by the time that these stories come to a close. We are going to have more news as we get closer to when the episode airs.

Also, be on the lookout in the near future for more on one of Shay’s siblings who will be in town at the same time that the department looks for a way to honor her.
