‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 11, episode 10 video: Jackson wants to prepare to the worst
We have a man of science, and a woman of faith on “Grey’s Anatomy.” Someone call John Locke!
On a more serious note, though, the stuff that April and Jackson are going through on this season is heartbreaking, and at the same time, it is an extremely well thought-out storyline. you have two characters here who look at both life and the world in extremely different ways, and at the same time, they have to figure out how to deal with an impossible situation together: Figuring out what they should do in terms of their unborn child. If the child is Type 2, there is a possibility of terrible consequences. That is why he wants to talk about something that he cannot really say out loud in the sneak peek below. Specifically, we think this is a reference to potentially terminating the pregnancy. Obviously, this is not something that Jackson wants, but he feels that this is something that may need to ultimately be explored.
As for April, she is looking at the situation with a slightly different perspective. Specifically, she wants to continue to have hope … but she also believes that Jackson has already made up his mind. Sooner or later all of these things unsaid are going to lead to enormous problems for the couple; they just need to figure out if they can find the courage to change that.
We’re not entirely sure if a plan will emerge from this episode or not, but we’re certainly hoping for the best. This show has given us enough tragedy already.
