‘Game of Thrones’ season 5 spoilers: Emilia Clarke gives cryptic (but awesome) tease

Just in case you were somehow not excited about “Game of Thrones” season 5 as it is, hopefully, the latest teaser from series star Emilia Clarke will be enough to get you there. It does not necessarily let you know anything in terms of the events that you are going to see. With that being said, it does at least tell you that there are some major surprises coming up that could equal how some people reacted to the Red Wedding or to the death of Joffrey during “The Lion and the Rose.”

Clarke had a variety of different red-carpet interviews while at the SAG Awards recently, and speaking particular to “Access Hollywood,” she gave what may end up being one of our personal favorite teases to date:

“You know how you can watch the YouTube reactions to the crazy stuff we do? There’s gonna be a bunch of those this season,” [Clarke] said. “Like, a couple.”

How can you not be excited after hearing something like that? We’re already rocking back and forth with anticipation … though we probably should stop, given that we are waiting still until April 12. We’re still even waiting for the first official trailer, though we imagine that this is going to be online sooner rather than later.

We just hope for some larger shockers in particular when it comes to the Dany story. We know that Clarke is tremendous, but the past few seasons have not always given her the most to do.
