‘The Bachelor’ podcast: On bikinis, Chris Soules contenders, and Cinderella with Jessa

Welcome to this season of “The Bachelor,” otherwise known as how many times production can get these contestants to take most of their clothing off. It’s a little bit of a strange dynamic this season, and in our new edition of the show podcast, we discuss what has become a rather-strange epidemic over the course of this season with Chris Soules.

Our hosts Matt Carter and Jessa go through some of the individual surprises of the episode, and that includes whether or not Ashley Iaconetti and Kaitlyn Bristowe really accomplished anything by stripping down on their date in the lake. Also, was there really anything that romantic about spending time in the middle of nowhere? We were on Kelsey Poe’s side at one point, but then she started to act completely different when he was around versus he was not.

As for the individual dates, we also spend some time discussing the product-placement-filled one-on-one date with Chris and Jade Roper, and whether or not we like her more than we did going into this. Also, we give a little bit of sympathy to Jillian Anderson (Chris didn’t seem to be that interested in her in the first place) and Britt Nilsson (who had a right to speak out given that Chris is giving so much attention right now to Kaitlyn).
