Is ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6, episode 14 new tonight on CBS?
“NCIS: Los Angeles,” like many other shows, has spent most of the month of January floating around all over the place. There are some weeks where there are new episodes, some weeks where there are repeats, and it just continues to flutter around.
Ultimately, there is a very simple method to the madness: This is January. This is what tends to happen in the month the majority of the time! We continually see time and time again examples of shows that alternate between repeats and new episodes, and tonight, it just so happens to be a week with no Chris O’Donnell, Daniela Ruah, and the rest of the cast.
If there is any one piece of solace, we can give you for now, though, it is this: You will not be in this position too much longer. After all, there is a new episode airing next week, and there will be many more airing in succession throughout the month of February. This is the reason why there is no installment tonight; in an effort to capitalize on some of the key network “sweeps” periods, the likes of CBS, ABC, and others are choosing to save new episodes until that period begins. (In some ways, “sweeps” is actually beginning this year come Thursday.)
When the show does return, get ready for a series of action-packed episodes. There will be dangerous situations, a kidnapping, and hopefully some more good stuff for Deeks and Kensi now that it is known that the two are in a full-fledged relationship.
