‘Criminal Minds’ season 10, episode 12 video: Different take on Joe Mantegna-directed episode
As of this point, you have probably heard a few things already about the new episode of “Criminal Minds” entitled “Anonymous,” and airing on CBS come Wednesday night. For example, you’ve heard that this installment was directed by cast member Joe Mantegna, and will be featuring Rossi front and center in many ways as he faces a serious personal vs. professional dilemma. Will he have to sacrifice time with his daughter for his work on a case? It is something that he will be forced to look at.
In the new promo below, we get a better sense of what this case will be. In news that should not shock or surprise anyone, there will be a series of murders that leads to the BAU being on the case. What’s the twist this time? It is that organ donations seem to be in part what is motivating this particular UnSub to do so much of his dirty work. He or she makes sure that help is on the way before leaving the scene.
There is obviously a specific motivation for some of these crimes, and it will be up to the team to figure out what that is. When you remember Rossi’s overall level of expertise, it is easy to figure out why he would be so valuable to the case.
We’re going to have even more on this episode closer to it airing, so be on the lookout for that.
This is turning out to be a rather big week for “Criminal Minds.” After all, we just learned that Gary Sinise of “CSI: NY” fame has been cast to be the potential lead in the upcoming spin-off focused on American citizens abroad.
