“Once Upon a Time” has one of the most extensive casts out there, and we’ve now just learned who the latest face to join the procession is going to be.
According to a new report coming in from TVLine, former “Mad Men” and “Lost” actor Patrick Fischler is set to recur in the second half of season 4 as Gorin. There is not necessarily a whole lot of information out there about this character just yet, but he is described simply as a “peddler.” This means that he could be one of those people who is completely misjudged, and could be more of a force than anyone first thinks. Regardless of who he is, it feels like there is going to be much more to him than what this notice first suggests.
Fischler has become a beast when it comes to recurring / guest roles over the years, with him appearing on dozens of shows alone over the past several years or so. He’s obviously accomplished in playing a variety of different characters, and that is in a way what makes trying to figure out who he is playing here all the more difficult. After all, he has shown that he can take on a pretty huge array of roles.
The second half of “Once Upon a Time” season 4 will start to air on Sunday, March 1, and the real focus from what we know right now is that we are going to see the Queens of Darkness (Maleficent, Cruella de Vil, and Ursula) in a significant capacity. Be prepared.
