‘Gotham’ episode 12 video: Jim Gordon, Leslie Thompkins get a little closer…

For those of you who watched “Empire” on Fox Wednesday night, then you had the chance to see something that is in our mind certainly awesome: A full trailer for Monday night’s new episode of “Gotham.” This one seems to have the makings of a major hit, and one of the best that we’ve seen all season long before a variety of reasons.

First and foremost, Christopher Heyerdahl continues to look terrifying as Jack Gruber, and he is in a much greater position of power than he was going into this particular installment. He is now on the loose, and that is very-bad news for the rest of Gotham City.

Could his escape actually be good news for Jim Gordon, though? As terrible as it may seem, it feels like it may be his ticket to get out of Arkham Asylum, and ultimately get back with the police force. He has more knowledge on Gruber than anyone, and therefore may be equipped to stop him. Also, we know that he is best suited working alongside Harvey; heck, he even brought the best out of Donal Logue’s character.

As for a few other things to expect in this episode, you may start to see a little bit more of Bruce Wayne after some time away. Also, could Jim and Leslie Thompkins be getting a little closer? One of the patients last week told the two to “get a room,” and they may actually go along with that notion this time around.
