‘American Horror Story: Freak Show’ episode 12 preview: The run time for ‘Show Stoppers’
All season long, we’ve taken on the role of being the reminder for all things related to “American Horror Story: Freak Show” and episode length, mostly because FX is a network that really does not invest a whole lot of time or effort in ending its shows on the hour.
With that in mind, would you really expect anything different for Wednesday night’s “Show Stoppers”? We certainly did not. This episode is currently listed as running for 63 minutes, which is actually one of the shorter run times of the entire season. Basically, you are not going to miss much of anything if your DVR is only set for an hour, but you probably want to check just to be sure.
As for the finale, that run time is currently only set for just an hour, but in all honestly, we would not expect it to stay in that position for very long at all. After all, remember here that this is a show that tends to change things up when it comes to that at the last minute. That is why we tend to give you these updates on run time when we get relatively close to the next episode airing. That way, they are as accurate as possible.
If there is one significant tease we can give you going into “Show Stoppers,” it is to stay very much watchful of Dandy Mott. This is not a very approving guy when it comes to whatever it is that Bette and Dot have going on with Chester, and he will do his part to deliver some rather-disturbing news in their direction. Be on the lookout for that.
