ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ season 2, episode 11 preview: More from the mysterious Preacher James

Resurrection -Can you believe that the end of the road is almost here for “Resurrection“? There are only a few episodes left, and based on the sneak peek below from Sunday night’s “True Believer,” there is going to be continued chaos long before this story comes to a close.

In this preview, you can see Bellamy (Omar Epps) having a conversation with Preacher James (Jim Parrack, “True Blood”), and based on the way that James is acting, there’s a reason to be made a little bit uncomfortable by him. It’s ultimately difficult to tell if the man knows something and is hiding it, or if he naturally just has this sort of creep-tastic energy about him.

Regardless, James eventually gets Bellamy to describe his feelings of confusion after being brought back, but also goes into how overtime, these feelings eventually transformed to where the agent felt a sense of purpose. He feels like there is a definitive reason why he was brought back, and he has to figure out precisely what that will be.

These final three episodes are obviously very important to the show’s legacy, given that they will likely be the final episodes of the entire series. There is a need for closure, and anyone who has studied TV knows how difficult it can be to give a modern audience that, when so many have such staunch opinions about what qualifies as a good end. Some are going to want something definitive, that way they can have a stringent opinion on the series as a whole.

Meanwhile, we sense that others will not care nearly as much, just as long as they are entertained.
