‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ preview: Geraldo Rivera gets VERY close to Johnny Damon

We’ll be frank here when we say that we were not particularly thrilled with the decision to fire Kevin Jonas over Geraldo Rivera on this past episode of “The Celebrity Apprentice.” With that being said, we are feeling more and more like that decision may have been worth it, based on the unintentional comedy that Geraldo is bringing to the table on this show.

In the sneak peek video below, you can see Johnny Damon taking the reigns as Project Manager for one of the two upcoming tasks, and as he and his team prepare for what seems to be that photo shoot we’ve seen teased quite a bit as of late, Geraldo decides to give him a very up-close-and-personal demonstration. Ultimately, it is really not that far off what Gilbert Gottfried proposed to Geraldo back during the premiere of the show.

We can almost see the wheels turning in Johnny’s head while this is happening. Obviously, he is trying to be kind to Geraldo here, and also realizes that he doesn’t want to come off as a jerk himself. However, this is truly uncomfortable for him. Ian Ziering says it best in a confessional when he claims that with all of this going on, Geraldo should have at least bought him dinner first.

Johnny has a huge task here, given that someone has to find a way to turn this team of men around. They looked so strong in the premiere, and completely dysfunctional ever sense. Outside of Geraldo, are there any huge characters left? Johnny, Terrell Owens, and Ian are all great, but they are coming across as almost normal people. This show is far from normal!
